Your Safety Comes First
Our COVID safety protocol
We are taking every precaution in light of COVID-19 and the Delta variant, to host an event that is safe for you and your loved ones. To help us have a safe event, we recommend you and your family members undertake the following safety measures inline with the CDC’s recommendations for large gatherings.
Get vaccinated today and reduce your risk of severe illness or death from the Coronavirus and the Delta Variant.
While our event will be held outdoors, we recommend unvaccinated children under the age of 12, wear a mask at the event, and that all adults wear a mask when frequenting indoor public spaces.
If you’ve been exposed to someone ill, if you’ve traveled to a place that has an outbreak of COVID-19, or if you’re feverish, lethargic or have a cough, please stay home to protect other people’s health and safety.
A comfortable distance is always best.
Please do your best to stand at least 6 feet apart from attendees outside of your family unless permission is otherwise granted.
Wash your hands often!
We will have hand sanitizer stations set up at every exit and entrance of the event for your safety.

We encourage you to come as you are and show up authentically. We’ve removed any barriers to participation and through the generosity of our partners and sponsors, we’re offering this event free of charge. We’re working to remove unconscious biases in all aspects of our logistics and programming. If there are aspects you’d like to contribute or make sure that we’re aware of, please send us a note at info@mosaicamerica.org and we’ll be sure to get back to you and address your concerns in the name of building a more fun and welcoming event.

Communities are showing up to share precious pieces of their culture and heritage to create an environment of belonging, healing, and harmony.
We ask that we respect each other’s self expression, mindful of our neighbors with whom we will be sharing space. As one of the first in-person events since the COVID-19 pandemic began, we ask that you engage in consent-based practices to ensure everyone’s comfort in this re-entry period. This includes asking for permission to take someone’s photo and engage in physical contact
